- Get plenty of sleep.
- Eat Healthy.
- Remember, you are what you eat. Set Aside at least 30 minutes of exercise for your self daily.
- Pet your pet. (That is why it is called a "pet").
- Thank God for at least 3 items you are thankful for. If you don't have 3 things, think harder.
- Hang around with happy people (it rubs off).
- Help someone with a problem they are facing, even if it is simple.
- Thank people when they help you with a problem (even a small problem).
- Hug your kid, parents, friends.
- When you see something negative, offset it with a positive. Be a problem solver, not a complainer.
- Look to always improve yourself. Read, educate, learn.
- Turn a problem into an opportunity. Always look for ways to improve your (and others) lives.
- Don't watch the news on television. If you must, write down a positive for every negative report you see or hear.
